TRUONG SON LAND SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED A CONFERENCE AT HIM LAM PHU AN APARTMENT BUILDING FOR THE TERM 2024 - 2027

On April 21, 2024, at No. 32 Thuy Loi Street, Phuoc Long A Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Him Lam Phu An Apartment Building Conference and successful election of the Board of Directors for the 2024 term - 2027.

Attending the Conference were representatives of the local government of Phuoc Long A ward, representatives of the investor Truong Son Land Company, Board of Management (BQT), Management Board (BOM) of Him Lam Phu

An apartment building, and Hundreds of apartment owners (reaching the rate of 57.27% representing apartment owners of the Apartment Building that have received handover) - qualified to organize according to the provisions of law.

Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2019/TT-BXD dated October 31, 2019 of the Ministry of Construction on amending a number of articles related to the Regulations on management and use of apartment buildings, this year the investor Truong Son Land coordinated with the interim Management Board to successfully organize the Apartment Building Conference.

At the Conference, the Management Board and the Management Board reported the operational management work of the Management Unit of Truong Son Land Company in 2023, reported on the work and the situation of revenue/expenditure of maintenance funds in 2023 of the Management Board of Him Apartment Building Lam Phu An.

In particular, the Conference completed the election of the Board of Management of Him Lam Phu An apartment building, term 2024 - 2027, including 06 members representing 04 Blocks. The new term Board of Management launched the Conference under the trust of residents.

At the same time, the Conference voted to approve the maintenance plan for the common ownership area in 2024, regulations on operations and financial receipts and expenditures of the Management Board, and regulations on management and use of Him Lam Phu An apartment buildings.

The conference also presented plans for implementing management and operation for the 2024 - 2027 term, agreeing to continue choosing Truong Son Land Company as the unit to manage and operate Him Lam Phu An apartment complex for the 2024 - 2027 term with a billion-dollar ratio. The vote rate reached 93.46%.

At the end of the conference, a lot of time was spent recording residents' comments on the items that had been implemented and discussing plans to resolve remaining problems at the apartment complex.
