Ethnic Minority Boarding School (PTDTBT) Quang Nguyen Primary School, Xin Man District, Ha Giang.
Ha Giang - the sunny and windy land of the Fatherland is the stopping point of the Dan Tri Newspaper delegation and Him Lam Real Estate Business Joint Stock Company. Here, the delegation participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a boarding house at Quang Nguyen Primary School for Ethnic Minorities. And Him Lam Land is also the main sponsor for the project with a sponsorship amount of up to 500 million VND.
It is known that Quang Nguyen Primary School for Ethnic Minorities has 610 students, of which 290 students are boarding at the main school. Traffic conditions are difficult and the children's homes are 4 to 14km away from school, so many students choose to stay at the boarding house during the week. On Friday afternoon, the children walk by themselves or are driven home by their parents and return to school on Sunday afternoon.
Currently, the school's students are living in narrow corrugated iron-roofed rooms, with an area of about 48 square meters, where 60 students/room sleep and rest. Cramped living conditions make students inevitably uncomfortable, especially in the hot summer or when children are sick.
